VE3CFE's Dream Projects These are some ideas of new projects underway or still in the intial planning phase. I will make more of an attempt to document the progression throught the design and construction phases of these projects and add them to the web site. As expected, there is a alot of churn in the early planning stages...depending on what parts/tubes I find or can't aquire.   Here's one of my "short term" project plans. This is the making of a modulator for the MOPA......or perhaps another vintage transmitter. This carbon mic (which by the way) was instrumental in starting my interest in building a complete 1928 CW/AM vintage station is a 1925 Northern Electric Double Button mic, which is similar to its Western Electric counter part. The tube line up shown here and may be the actual one used is UX201 / UX210 / UX250.           Another breadboard transmitter. Still finalizing of the actual circuit...will be direct excitation.       On the modern side... a nice 1930's type table top transmitter rack would be a nice addition to the shack
